Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- With original tags, packaging, and protective coverings intact
- Free from any signs of use, damage, or wear (including court use)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: Padel rackets that have been used, even briefly, will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at contact@nublarsport.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will share instructions on how to send the item back.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping cost
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nublarsport.com with photos/videos.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used products (including rackets used on court)
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Discounted or sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider
