Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is confirmed via Razorpay, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days

Orders are shipped through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its network of courier partners.

Please note that timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS via Shiprocket, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the timelines mentioned, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote or hard-to-service locations

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Nublar is not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address
  • Orders returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us (RTO), additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly compromised
  • Or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
